FIELD: measurement technology, chamber quantity meters, measurement of flow rate of engine fuel of automobiles, tractors, of water and chemically active fluids. SUBSTANCE: proposed flowmeter has pipe unions for inlet and outlet of measured flows, measurement chamber divided by diaphragm into two spaces, flow distributor in the form of control valve, diaphragm-driven mechanism of distributor and counter of its strokes. Mechanism has rocker mounted on body of measurement chamber made fast to lever that is coupled to diaphragm made fast to rod through pusher and plate. On both sides of rocker there are placed springs , one interacting with rod, the other-with diaphragm. EFFECT: raised measurement accuracy, especially of little flow rates, no need in calibration of flowmeter. 1 dwg
