FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: bench for pneumatic test of flange safety valve for tightness and functionality includes plate, plugs with sealing elements to seal flanges of tested valve and conduits to supply and discharge testing medium, mechanisms pressing tested valve with flange to plate through plug with drive, tacking levers and sliders. Each pressing mechanism is fitted with cheeks spaced apart, placed in parallel and made fast to plate to form opening. Slider is located in opening for translation between cheeks towards plug and back, is connected to cheeks by means of protrusions entering grooves in cheeks and is hinged to lever coupled to pneumatic drive. Tacking lever is hinged to slider for turn and translation relative to slider. Rod of pneumatic drive spring-loaded with the aid of extension springs gives rotary motion to tacking lever relative to slider. Translation motion is given by screw kinematically coupled to axle linking tacking level to slider. EFFECT: simplified design and raised functional reliability of bench thanks to development of cramping device, simple and adaptable to manufacture, for tests of flange safety valve in bench. 2 cl, 3 dwg
