FIELD: ecological analysis. SUBSTANCE: according to invention vessel with absorption means-tube with sorbent anchored in it is filled with tested liquid. Absorption means is injected into liquid and vessel is sealed. Excessive pressure of specified value is formed in vessel and quantity of liquid passed through absorption means is measured. When this quantity reaches specified value vessel is sealed and process is stopped. Absorption means is removed from vessel and is directed for storage or analysis. Method is realized with the aid of device which includes vessel with internal space, intake tip with absorption means anchored in it and union for connection to pressure source. Intake tip with absorption means is linked to vessel cover on side of internal space and decompression unit and aid controlling excessive pressure are placed in line coupling to pressure source.
