FIELD: mechanical engineering; electric drives for space vehicles. SUBSTANCE: electric drive has casing with flanges, electric motor, multiple-stage planet reduction unit wherein common crown gear is built integral with casing of electric drive whose motor shaft mounts first-stage sun gear pinned thereon. Reduction unit first-stage carrier is built integral with electric drive output shaft. Safety clutch is joined on one end to carrier pins to transfer torque to this safety clutch through torque- taking seating members of its driving disk and on other end it is kinematically joined to next reduction- unit stage through sun gear. Safety clutch may be mounted both on first stage of reduction unit and on it as second stage. Safety clutch has driving and driven half-clutches, frictional members, and hold-down spring. Driving half-clutch is made in the form of driving disk provided with seating member in the form of bushing with butt-end slots to take torque and projections on its peripheral part to impart torque to clutch body. Driven half-clutch is made in the form of driven disk with blind holes, three on either side, holes on one plane of friction being shifted through 60 deg. from those on other plane to dispose in them frictional members and members contacting butt-end surface of first driving disk on one end and inner butt-end surface of clutch body, on other end. Driven disk is joined for self-alignment with sun gear of clutch, diameter of this sun gear kinematically coupled with next stage of reduction unit being equal to that of remaining sun gears of electric drive reduction unit. Disks are pressed to each other and driven disk, to butt-end inner part of clutch body by means of conical spring. Adjusting shims are fitted between conical spring and driving disk. Output bushing of driven disk mounts locking ring on inner side of casing. EFFECT: enlarged range of torques on output shaft of drive. 3 cl, 3 dwg
