SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case, porous measuring plate mounted inside case, and elastic screen with sensors connected to indicating tool. Measuring plate pores are filled with water. Closed cavity between porous measuring plate and elastic screen is filled with non-polar liquid. Sensors are fixed to elastic screen. Kerosene or toluene may be used as non-polar liquid. Closed cavity eliminates capillary sticking of elastic screen in case single large drops get onto apparatus.
