FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering local medicamentous therapy with 5% mexidol solution as turunda and rinsing and introducing mexidol into patient organism. Mexidol is introduced into patient organism before applying local medicamentous therapy. It is administered per os at a dose of 100-500 mg in tablets or capsules 1-2 times a day and/or as 5% solution 2 ml once a day and/or as intramuscular injections.
