FIELD: testing of physical- mechanical properties of materials. SUBSTANCE: facility inspecting quality of articles has cylindrical body housing electroacoustic resonator of bar type with indenter fixed on one end and flange coupled to bearing and loading unit, excitation system of resonator, amplifier-generator, transducer of oscillations of resonator and measurement unit with indicator graduated in units of measured physical-mechanical property of article, for example, hardness. Transducer of oscillation of resonator is placed in feedback circuit of amplifier-generator. Facility is supplemented with timer to determine time for switching-on and operation of amplifier-generator and measurement unit, spring-loaded button coupled to right-angled hollow prism on which two parallel sides there are made bevels. Facility also carries two lockpins put into holes in cylindrical body. Flange of resonator is coupled to right-angled hollow prism by means of two lockpins resting against flange with one ends and with other ends against proper bevels of right-angled hollow prism. Right-angled hollow prism is located in groove in body which form ensures possibility of its lateral movement with reference to axis of resonator. Lockpins are installed for longitudinal movement relative to axis of resonator. EFFECT: high stability of inspection. 2 dwg
