FIELD: de-aeration of water in boiler plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes vacuum de-aerator with pipe lines for starting water, heating agent and de-aerated water, starting water heater connected to starting water pipe line which is connected with heating agent pipe line. Unit is also provided with regulator of content of oxygen dissolved in de-aerated water which is connected with sensor showing content of oxygen dissolved in de-aerated water and with controls fitted in heating agent pipe line and in heating agent pipe line of starting water heater.
