FIELD: high-voltage equipment. SUBSTANCE: vacuum switch has base carrying vacuum arc chutes with immobile and mobile contacts connected to corresponding insulation rods. Immobile rest is made fast to each rod, lower end of rod carries mobile rest coming in the form of sleeve, for instance, coaxial to rod. Spring of pressure unit is mounted uniaxially to rod between mobile and immobile rests. Each arc chute has own drive securing closure of contacts and including electromagnet with pusher. All arc chutes have common drive for disconnection of contacts including hollow shaft inside which torsion spring is installed. One end of spring is fixed in end part of shaft, its other end is made fast to base. Shaft is equipped with levers which are hinged to mobile rests. Closed position of contacts is registered by means of mechanical stopper of shaft that presents system of " breaking " levers and rocking rests. EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced operational reliability of vacuum switch. 3 cl, 2 dwg
