FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technologies to cultivate cereal crops, leguminous plants, groats and oil-producing varieties in dry and irrigated farming. It deals with treating seed material with solution of natural bischofite mineral. It should be activated with magnetic field at 200-450 E power. Bischofite concentration corresponds to 15-100 weight% against initial brine, expenditure 10-15 l/t seeds. Application of activated solution of bischofite mineral provides increased crop yield in agricultural plants and their resistance to unfavorable conditions (heat resistance, resistance to cold), to some, primarily, suctorial pests (aphid, thrips, true bugs) and development and distribution of phytopathogens (rust, smut, septoria leaf spot, etc.).
