FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes consecutive pumping of aluminum salt solution, buffering fluid and caustic solution into layer. Aluminum salt solution and/or caustic solution include water-soluble admixture, for which lignosulphonate is used. Aluminum salt solution in addition includes corrosion inhibitor, mineralized water with density of no less than 10-20 kg per cubic meter and calcium chloride solution with concentration of no less than 1%. For buffering fluid unleavened water is used. Reagents are pumped into the layer by means of corrosion inhibitor soluted in water being pumped. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of controlling permeability of not uniform oil layers. 6 ex, 8 tbl
