FIELD: oil extraction industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping of water solution of biological surface-active substance "KSHAS-M" with biological product and hydrocarbon dissolvent through force-pump. Before the pumping reagents are mixed. For biological product plasmolysis product of feed yeast is used. Reagents are pumped into the layer by means of buffer of unleavened water. EFFECT: increased oil output of layers at later stages of extraction, where smoothing of acceleration profiles of force-pump wells is required, isolation of waterflushed areas, limitation of water influx with further intensification of oil extraction from layer portions being drained. 1 tbl, 2 ex
