As polyguanidine compound one should apply phosphate of poly-(4.9-dioxadodecane-1.12- guanidine), or citrate/formiate of polyhexamethylene guanidine, or gluconate/benzoate of polyhexamethylene guanidine, or chloride of polyhexamethylene guanidine; as quaternary ammonium compound one should apply dimethylbenzyldodecylammonium-sulfate, as polyethylene glycol compounds of [-CH2CH2O-]nH, class, where n=6-20, as vitamin constituent it is necessary to use either vitamin A or vitamin E, or provitamin B5 or their mixture in equal portions. The present innovation provides decreased toxicity of suggested gel at improved dermatological action and prolonged effect. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 4 ex, 3 tbl
