FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phthalocyanines of the formula (I) 
used as agents for marking liquids, for example, mineral oils. Invention describes phthalocyanines of the formula (I) wherein Me means twice hydrogen atom, magnesium, zinc, copper, nickel atom, VO or TiO; at least four among radical from R1 to R16 that mean independently of one another nitrogen-containing heterocyclic radical that is substituted once or some times with C1-C4-alkyl, benzyl, phenethyl or phenyl and bound with phthalocyanine skeleton through ring nitrogen atom and represents residue of pyrrolidine, pyrazolidine, imidazolidine, oxazolidine, isoxazolidine, piperidine, piperazine, morpholine or thiomorpholine; other radicals from R1 to R16 mean optionally hydrogen, halogen atom, oxysulfonyl or C1-C4-dialkylsulfamoyl.
