SUBSTANCE: device has flexible energy carrier mounted on elastic carrying member whereon it is placed in gap between relatively turning parts. Elastic carrying member is made in the form of spiral band of several turns whose ends are secured on internal and external parts of device. Proposed device is designed so that any bend of energy carrier across gap is excluded.
