METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF A GRANULATED COMBINED FERTILIZER AND THE FERTILIZER PRODUCTION LINE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: chemical industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of granulated combined fertilizer based on carbamide with humate and used in agriculture. A charge of carbamide is placed in the revolving with a speed of 32 rpm mixer inclined at an angle of 5 - 22 dg to horizon. Then the charge is poured over with a water taken in the ratio of 0.0096 0.0104 in respect to the charge of carbamide and rotated for 20 - 30 seconds. Then a batch of the humate is added and rotation is continued for 90 - 130 seconds. Then the mixer is turned around of its axis by 220 - 230 dg and the produced composition is poured out in the receiving hopper of the star feeder rotated with a speed of 5 rpm. Then the mixture through a launder, the inside surface of which is mantled with a sheet-type fluoroplastic, arrives in a dryer rotating with speed of 5.5 rpm and inclined at an angle of 3 dg to horizon. The internal cavity of the dryer on its tail part is supplied with agitators located on the 2/3-d of the lengths of the dryer. Duration of the mixture running through the whole length of the dryer makes 22-23 minutes. The mixture is dried by the hot air heated up to temperature of 90 - 100 oC. The mixture dried up to moisture of 0.4 0.8 % is fed in the star feeder rotating with a speed of 5.76 rpm and is poured out in the hopper where it is cooled during 30-35 minutes. The air trunk of the dryer is supplied with the temperature sensors, fans and filters. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase productivity at preservation of high quality. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
