CRANK PRESS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2226465 C2

FIELD: press production industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended is dealt with production of presses, in particular to production of heavy crank hot die forging presses with nominal pressing force of 125 MN and more. The crank press contains: a stand, a main actuating mechanism with a crank shaft, a frictional clutch and a frictional brake located coaxially to the crank shaft as well as a toothed wheel made as rigidly mounted one to another the wheel center and the gear ring, a countershaft, a drive flywheel linked by a belt drive with the main electric motor, a gear toothed with the gear ring, and a block of a switching on system for the above mentioned clutch and brake. The press has a fixed in respect to the stand gauge of switching on the mentioned clutch. The gauge inputs and outputs are connected to the block of the system of switching on the clutch and the brake and the flag indicators. The flag indicators are rigidly fixed in respect to the wheel center. The gear ring is made demountable consisting of two semi-rings, rigidly linked to each other along a diametric jointing plane and to the wheel center. The gauge and flag indicators are located so, that to exclude a loading of the gears of the gear ring on junctions of semi-rings at switching on the clutch at fulfillment of a production operation. In result the invention allows to decrease dimensions of a toothed wheel at its transportation. EFFECT: simplified transportation of the crank press toothed wheel. 2 dwg
