MOBILE MILKING UNIT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; complex mechanization of work in cow barns. SUBSTANCE: proposed mobile milking unit contains chasses with motor plant, milking apparatuses, milk pipe and tank, vacuum pump and stalls with telescopic horizontal rods. Hopper-feed meter is installed on end of each telescopic rod being controlled by robotic device. Hopper-feed meter is connected with feed manger by feed line. Water-air hose with cup on ends is hinge-secured on outer member of rod. Hose is furnished with devices for milking and sanitary cleaning of udder. Chassis carries additionally devices for cleaning cow stalls from manufacture and spreading litter, and hopper for litter, and hopper for litter, reservoirs for washing liquid and collecting mastitis milk connected with water-air hose, and milk hose with cup, and instruments for revealing rut, artificial insemination and determining pregnancy. Each cup is provided with nozzles to spray washing liquid, deliver compressed warm air, devices to remove washing liquid, pulse collector with connected teat cups and milk hose connected with milk line and milk containers. Device for cleaning cow stalls from manure is made in form of two scraper conveyors installed opposite to each other across chassis with possibility of lowering onto rear part of two serviced rows of stalls. EFFECT: increased efficiency at servicing owing to complex mechanization and automation of labor taking processes. 3 cl, 4 dwg
