SUBSTANCE: binder contains, mass%: tall pitch, 25 - 28; hydrocarbon dissolver, 0 - 17; lignosulfonates on conversion to dried matter, 20 - 21; non-ionogenic surface active matter, 8 - 10,5; water, the balance. Surface active matter is product of oxyethylation of organic alcohols, acids and their mixtures having 2 - 10 oxyethyl links.
