FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotor, roller bearing placed on rotor shaft, stator and resilient support ring placed in said stator with outer iron ring of bearing and with rollers inside. Resilient ring has oiling passages inside. Support has jet flange, which is in contact with resilient support ring. Side rib of radial part of said jet flange has injecting oil passages and apertures for oil discharging. Radial part of said jet flange, which comprises a rotor, is made in form of contraction, walls of which have ports for discharging oil. Narrowing portion of contraction is oriented towards rollers of bearing. Inner portion of contraction forms ring space with a rotor. Diameter of inner rolling guide for bearing rollers is placed within said ring space between inner part of jet flange and rotor. Ring space between inner part of jet flange and rotor makes up 0.075- 0.155 of diameter of bearing rollers. Edges of ports in jet flange for oil discharging, which are closest to the rotor, are placed at a distance from outer rolling guide of bearing, which makes up 0.55-0.85 of diameter of bearing rollers.
