FIELD: compositions for softening tissue with no effect of absorptive capacity at reduced tendency to produce unpleasant odor during production, storage and use. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (i) liquid or plastic derivative of cyclic polyol (CPE) or reduced saccharide (RSE) formed after etherification from 35 to 100% of hydroxylic groups in polyol or saccharide, thus forming ethers or esters; CPE or RSE contains two or more groups of esters or ethers connected independently to C₈-C₂₂-alkyl or alkenyl chain where at last one chain connected to groups of esters or ethers has at last one unsaturated bond; proposed composition contains also (ii) additive facilitating precipitation and (iii) one or several anti- oxidants where mass ratio of 9i) to (iii) is equal to 20:1 and more.
