FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for conserving freshly harvested grain by applying organic substances. Grain flow as falling rain is treated with propionic acid flow sprayed with carbon dioxide supplemented with preparation obtained out of Mortierella nigrescens micromycete biomass by the preset technology. During the contact propionic acid eliminates grain's surface microflora. Combination of certain substances induces resistant protective reactions of plants.
