FIELD: railway transport; three-element two-axle bogies of rail cars. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains cross levers installed horizontally crosswise, coupled with axle boxes and arranged at both sides of overspring beam, axle boxes in axle-box apertures of side frames to turn wheelsets to radial position, adapters over axle boxes with linings made of elastic material working in shear. Said levers are installed on trunnions on car frame for each bogie at both sides of bogie overspring beam. Each lever is hinge-connected with bogie overspring beam and hinge-connected with longitudinal horizontal rods connected, respectively, with hinge joints of vertical levers installed on opposite side frames over axle boxes by means of trunnions. Lower ends of vertical levers are connected with trunnions installed on axle boxes connected by longitudinal rods with upper ends of vertical lever of adjacent axle boxes. Said connections on other bogie of car are provided symmetrically to plane passing through middle of car. EFFECT: simplified design, improved efficiency of reduction of wear of wheelset flanges and rails and decreased resistance to car movement and noise. 3 dwg
