FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: molding mixture contains 20-90wt parts of aromatic polycarbonate; 4.5-70 wt parts of vinyl copolymer; 5-70 wt parts of graft copolymer including 5-95% grafting phase and 5-95% grafted base, which is cross-linked elastomer in the form of particles and selected from group including dienebased elastomer and alkyl acrylate-based elastomer, and which has average particle diameter 0.05-5 mcm and vitrification temperature below 10 C; and 0.5-5 wt parts per 100 wt parts of total weight of compatibilizing agent with number-average molecular weight at least 21000 containing 0.05 to 4 mol % of reactive secondary groups.
