FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preserving food grains using organic preserving agents. Method involves dilution of propionic acid with anolyte and applying the solution on grains. Before dilution the preparation obtained by sequential extraction of biomass of micromycetes Mortierella exigua with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water is added to propionic acid followed by combination of the first extract with solid extract.
