FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir and accumulating vessel, which are arranged one above another, and siphon- type drain pipes extending from accumulating container and adapted for discharging water immediately to flower pots. Siphon-type pipes are made in the form of flexible capillary 0.40-1.20 m long pipes made from electric wire insulation casings of 0.50-0.12 sq.mm section, said pipes simultaneously serving as water dosing devices. By changing position relative to stabilized water level of capillary pipe, from which water is dripping, drop time interval and, accordingly, daily water consumption may be regulated. Apparatus provides for automatic prolonged simultaneous drop watering of several (up to four) house flowers and simplified adjustment of daily water consumption within the range of 30-100 ml per day. Watering time is from three to thirteen days depending on number of plants to be watered, predetermined water consumption and volume of reservoir.
