FIELD: gas extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of tubing pipes with an anchor on the end into the well, unloading of said pipes onto an anchor after radial extension from the body and engaging of anchor threading dies with inner wall of operating string due to creation of hydraulic excessive pressure on lever piston, with following transfer of radial force onto anchor threading dies. Radial forces are transferred by racks connected to lever piston by means of engaging rack rings on outer surface of body, and a cone. Release of threading dies from the string is performed by rotation of pipes to the right due to left thread made in lower iron ring and anchor body. Device has body with grooves, lever piston with levers, threading dies, racks, lower ends of which stop against a stop fixed to upper portion of cone, and iron rings. Lever piston is connected to racks by means of levers, which racks engage rack rings made on outer surface of body. Cone mates with threading dies moveable in axial direction and located between iron rings, lowermost of which is connected to lower part of body by a left thread.
