FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method water is injected to inlet of air compressor and steam is injected into combustion chamber. Water to air compressor is delivered to compression stages through axial channel of compressor rotor shaft. Water is rod into combustion chamber to terminated combustion zone. Temperature of steam-gas mixture at turbine inlet is regulated by changing amount of condensate of water vapors getting into contact evaporator of combustion chamber. Temperature of used steam-gas mixture is reduced in steam generator-recoverer and said mixture is delivered into contact vapor condenser with active nozzle in which spraying water and active nozzle are cooled by system make-up water.
