FIELD: measuring and testing technique, namely apparatuses for measuring inclination angles of objects such as load lifting machines. SUBSTANCE: signaling device includes rolling angle meter and signaling unit. Rocking angle meter includes housing of dielectric material partially filled with oil, fixed contacts arranged on inner side of housing and electrodes touching oil surface and having on their ends contacts to be alternatively closed with respective fixed contacts. Electrodes are connected with electric current source through lengthwise cleat mounted along cross symmetry axis of housing in their gravity center. Fixed contacts are mounted with possibility of regulating their position along height and they are electrically connected with signaling unit.
