FIELD: liquid high-efficiency chromatography. SUBSTANCE: electronic unit of photometric detector incorporates photodetector, converter of photodetector current to voltage, multiplying digital-to- analog converter, analog-to-digital converter and microcontroller. Inputs/outputs of first port of microcontroller are connected by positions to digital inputs/outputs of analog-to-digital converter which analog input is connected to output of multiplying digital-to-analog converter whose digital inputs are connected by positions to outputs of second port of microcontroller and analog input is connected to output of converter of photodetector current to voltage. Input of the latter is connected to output of photodetector. EFFECT: decreased level of noise with preservation of little values of error and drift. 1 dwg
