FIELD: manual explosion-action mechanized tools for terminating single-wire aluminum cores of cables. SUBSTANCE: proposed manual pyrotechnical press has body accommodating die, barrel holding cartridge box and punch, as well as percussion-trigger mechanism with striker. It also has ribbed handle accommodating in its hollow percussion-trigger mechanism and carrying levers for resetting percussion-trigger mechanism, sear, and latch. Striker is provided with thrust floor. Barrel is connected to ribbed handle through threaded joint and clutch. Sear is hinged on reset lever to form crank joint.
