GRAIN HEAP SAMPLER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used for sampling of threshed farm crop plant products. SUBSTANCE: sampler is made in the form of box-like vessel with open top. Vessel has extension-type bottom and set of inner vertical mutually perpendicular partitions adapted for defining of individual cells. When vessel is in closed position, rear cut of bottom is tightly pinched. To withdraw grain heap from sampler, sampler bottom is extended perpendicular to row of emptied cells. Grain heap mass divided by partitions flows by gravity into preliminarily prepared laboratory bags. Such construction prevents grain heap of adjacent cells from mixing. EFFECT: provision for obtaining of reliable data on parameters of material under investigation over the entire separation area. 4 dwg
