FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes bins of electric filter provided with level gauges, drive of electrode shaking actuating mechanisms, transport pipe line, solenoid-operated valve, service reservoir communicated with bin in upper portion and with transport pipe line in lower portion; upper and lower valves are located respectively in upper and lower parts of service reservoir; upper valve is fitted in normally-open position and lower valve is fitted in normally-closed position; secured hermetically to lower surfaces of each valve are tubular tail-pieces; each tail-piece is mounted for vertical motion on respective outlet end of gas supply tube. Hydraulic resistance is mounted on outlet end of gas supply tube of lower valve and inlet elbow of transport pipe line is located after lower valve; inlet ends of gas supply tube are connected through solenoid-operated valve with gas excessive pressure source; valve drive is connected through first comparison circuit with input of second comparison circuit and output of level gauge located in upper portion of service reservoir. Second input of each comparison circuit is connected with respective storage gate and output of second comparison circuit is connected with drive of electrode shaking actuating mechanism.
