FIELD: machine tool manufacture, mechanisms for centering nut cutting automatic machines. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine includes pusher mechanism in the form of slide; guide for guiding nut to cutting zone; centering mechanism and tap with bent stem. Centering mechanism includes housing of pneumatic cylinder in which rod is movable mounted. Said rod is joined with through axle with lever arranged in groove of slide and fastened to it by means of second axle. Clamp is secured to other end of lever; said clamp has cylindrical dent introducing to opening of nut at rotation of lever for moving nut at further motion of rod of pneumatic cylinder to position of gripping and cutting.
