LOAD-LIFTING CRANE HYDRAULIC DRIVE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: material handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-lifting and transportation devices, namely to hydraulic drive of load-lifting crane. Proposed hydraulic drive contains pump, load which and boom turning mechanism hydraulic motors, hydraulic distributor, pressure and return lines, pressure line safety valve and hydraulic motors and boom lifting brake release hydraulic cylinders. Boom lifting hydraulic motor brake release hydraulic cylinder is connected with hydraulic lock. Hydraulic distributor is coupled by main lines with hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic drive is furnished with crane load torque limiting valve which is connected at one side with rod space of boom lifting hydraulic cylinder, and at other side, with load winch load-lifting hydraulic motor main line. Hydraulic distributor is made with three-position spool valves. With spools in middle position, rod space of boom lifting hydraulic cylinder and load winch load lifting hydraulic motor main line communicate with return of hydraulic drive.
