Invention describes 2,4-bis-(morpholyl)-6-β-oxycarbonylmethyloxy-sym.-triazine of the formula: β that is an antidote against phytotoxic effect of herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid on sunflower germinating seeds and seedlings.
