The composition comprises epoxy diane resin, epoxy urethane oligomer with an average molecular mass 1900 Da and the content of active epoxy groups 6-7%, and organosilicon diamine of the formula with molecular mass 566 Da and the content active amino-group 5.7% as a hardening agent. The definite ratio of components provides preparing monolith articles and covers eliciting elasticity and enhanced chemical stability, water resistance and water-repellent properties.
