FIELD: road-building materials. SUBSTANCE: adhesion agent used in bituminous concrete mixes represents a mixture of polyaminamides and polyaminoimidazolines with amine number 16 to 33 g HCl per 100 g product and acid number higher than 15 mg KOH per 100 g product. In particular, mixture includes polyaminamides having following general formulas: and polyaminoimidazolines having following general formulas: , where n = 3-7, m = 13-17, and p varies from 2m-5 to 2m+1. Adhesion agent further contain diluent with cinematic viscosity no higher than 8 cSt at 20(r) in amount 15 wt %. Invention also comprises a method for preparing adhesion agent via condensation of saturated and unsaturated '10-'20-acids with linear and cyclic polyethylene-polyamines having at least 4 nitrogen atoms. Method is realized at 150-250(r) and molar ratio of acids to polyethylene-polyamines (1-1.5):1. During condensation, reaction mixture is maintained at condensation temperature until distillation of water is ended.
