SUBSTANCE: device has power supply, first optocoupler, load, current sensor, switch, threshold element, display unit, main and backup fuses, second and third optocouplers, AND gate, first and second flip-flops, and generator; main and backup fuse leads are connected to one of power supply terminals, other lead of main fuse is connected to common junction point of load, current sensor, and first optocoupler, other lead of backup fuse is connected to one of switch terminals, output of first optocoupler is connected to input of second flip-flop; clear input of the latter is connected to push-button and output, to generator input and to second input of AND gate whose output is connected to input of third optocoupler whose output is connected to control input of switch; output of threshold element is connected to input of second optocoupler whose output is connected to clear input of first flip-flop whose output is connected to first inputs of display unit and AND gate and input, to generator output and to second input of display unit.
