FIELD: devices for spraying viscous liquids containing abrasive inclusions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed injector has body with central fuel orifice and coaxial passage for delivery of spraying agent connected with mixing chamber, primary spraying agent radial nozzles, secondary spraying agent nozzle connected to bottom of mixing chamber and circular row of axial primary spraying agent passages, as well as circular row of secondary spraying agent passages which are connected at inlet to coaxial circular spraying agent supply passage and to primary and secondary spraying agent nozzles at outlet. Body is provided with hole located between upper wall of coaxial circular spraying agent supply passage where insert is fitted coaxially relative to central fuel orifice forming circular nozzle. Nozzle exits are located at distance exceeding their diameter by 3-30 times; longitudinal axes of nozzles are located at distance from central fuel orifice exceeding their diameter by 3-30 times.
EFFECT: improved quality of spraying; enhanced durability of injector.
