SUBSTANCE: hydraulic shot blasting machine
Includes working chamber in which front and back shafts with centers for mounting strengthened shaft are arranged. Machine includes rotation drive, receiver with ejector devices and working nozzles for guiding liquid flow laden with shots. Working nozzles are connected with ejector devices through flexible hoses oriented upwards, axes of nozzles are arranged in horizontal plane passing through rotation axis of strengthened shaft. Front and back shafts have face chucks with additional centers for strengthening crank pins and with radial openings for basing pin screwed in back flange of strengthened shaft. Front shaft is joined with back shaft through lengthwise shaft mounted behind working chamber and having two chain transmissions and tightening members for rotation of shafts at synchronism.
EFFECT: simplified design of machine with high operational characteristics.
