FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to oil-extracting industry, in particular to methods of development of oil deposits for increase of petroeffect of the seams, which are on the average or late development stage. Technical result of the invention is an increase of petroeffect of seams at the expense of magnification of scope of a seam effect, by improving rheological features. The method of an oil deposit development provides for injection in a seam between separating fringes made out of liquid hydrocarbon of the composition system intercalating an oil-soluble surface-active agent Neftenol and liquid hydrocarbon, distinguished by the fact, that in the capacity of Neftenol in the composition system is entered Neftenol - NZb. Then after the second separating fringe formed out of liquid hydrocarbon they in succession inject a fringe formed out of an aqueous solution of alumino-chloride and a fringe formed out of waste water in volume from 10 up to 100 % in respect to the bulk volume of Neftenol - NZb and liquid hydrocarbon, and volume ratio of Neftenol - NZb to liquid hydrocarbon makes from 1 : 3 up to 1:15.

EFFECT: the method allows to an increase the petroeffect of seams.
