FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with mining, namely, with devices for a preliminary wall tie of mine workings and underground structures before erection in them a permanent lining. A problem of the invention is to increase reliability of a wall tie fixation, to increase its supporting capacity, to decrease costs of a wall tie manufacture and creation of a favorable conditions for mechanization of a lining erection. The wall tie includes a loading boom with the ring type stop, a nut screwed on its locking end and an eccentric breakable cartridge installed between an eccentric abutment washer and the nut and interacting with the eccentric breakable abutment washer. Between the nut and the eccentric breakable cartridge there is an eccentric clamping washer rigidly fixed with the nut by a protective fixing arm. Between the ring type stop and the eccentric abutment washer there is a check-nut, that is rigidly linked with the indicated ring type stop by a duplicating fixing arm. The eccentric breakable cartridge is made of a strong granulated material, the porous space of which is filled in with a porous flexible material impregnated with a glutinous composition. The protective and duplicating fixing arms may be made in the form of shear dowels inserted in the corresponding to them grooves of the joint parts. The protective fixing arm may have an elongated form with a protruding part. In the capacity of a strong granulated material of the eccentric breakable cartridge may be used the material, hardness of which exceeds the average hardness of the rock around a bore-hole by 1-2 units on Mohs scale, and in the capacity of the porous flexible material - foam-rubber may be used. The eccentric breakable cartridge can be supplied with a detachable jacket made out of a material with a low coefficient of sliding friction, for example, polyethylene. The detachable jacket is supplied with a concentric ledge on its external surface located on the side facing a locking end of the loading boom.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a wall tie fixation and its supporting capacity, decreased costs of a wall tie manufacture.
