FIELD: artillery.
SUBSTANCE: the loading system has a mechanism for cartridge replenishment, fan-type conveyer, device for depression of cartridges to the feed line and a feed rib. The fan-type conveyer comprises a drive sprocket, the first driven sprocket, whose axis coincides with the axis of the journals, the second driven sprocket kinematically linked with the drive sprocket and positioned in parallel with the first driven sprocket, six guides for cartridges and four guides for the links of the fan-type conveyer. Provision is also made for a cartridge distribution mechanism and a control mechanism of engagement of the fan-type conveyer with the replenishment mechanism. The fan-type conveyer drive mechanism engageable with the roller of the recoiling parts is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, having two first helical grooves and two second helical grooves, located uniformly in circumference, the two first helical grooves are made with a left-handed thread, the two second grooves are made with a right-handed thread, and the values of their pitches are directly proportional to the maximum values of the half-cycle speeds of motion of the recoiling parts in recoil and counterrecoil. The grooves of the adjacent pairs of grooves intersect on the one side in the first and second points, which correspond to the minimum allowable value of recoil of the recoiling parts, and on the other side they intersect in the third and fourth points corresponding to the length of recoil equal to zero. The first and second helical grooves of the adjacent pairs of grooves after intersection smoothly turn into the first and second rectangular grooves respectively. In the hollow drum provision is made for two pairs of coaxially positioned spring-loaded valves placed in two through cross-sectional cylindrical holes. The control device of the fan-type conveyer drive mechanism is made in the form of a third shaft rigidly and coaxially fastened on the hollow drum.
EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimension characteristics of the automatic artillery mount, as well as enhanced reliability and capacity of its loading system.
