FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: device has free-running blocking-oscillator 1 with loading winding 2 and compensating winding 3, two resistive dividers 4 and 5, five capacitors 6 through 10, terminals 11.1, 11.2, 16.1, 16.2 for connecting signal source and signal receiver, respectively, first terminal 11.2 meant for signal source being connected to series-interconnected resistor 12 and first capacitor 6, as well as three diodes 13, 14, 15. Anode of first diode 13 is connected to starting lead of loading winding 2 and cathode, to first leads of second capacitor 7 and first resistive divider 4 whose second lead is connected to that of second capacitor 7 and to finishing leads of loading winding 2. Starting lead of compensating winding 3 is connected to anode of second diode 14 whose cathode is connected to first leads of third capacitor 8 and second resistive divider 5; second lead of the latter is connected to anode of third diode 15, cathode of the latter is connected to second lead of third capacitor 8 and to finishing leads of compensating winding 3. Midpoint of first resistive divider 4 is connected to first terminal 16.1 of signal receiver and through fourth capacitor 9, to midpoint of second resistive divider 5 and to finishing lead of loading winding 2. Terminals 16.1 and 16.2 meant for signal receiver are interconnected through fifth capacitor 10. Resistor 12 and first capacitor 6 are connected to plus power lead of blocking-oscillator 1; minus power lead is connected to second lead of first capacitor 6 and to terminal 11.2 meant for power supply. Second terminal 16.2 meant for signal receiver is connected to cathode of third diode.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced power requirement of device.
