METHOD FOR WORKING OF OIL DEPOSITS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2232262 C2

FIELD: oil and gas industry, in particular, methods for increasing effectiveness of producing wells of terrestrial and carbonaceous traps.

SUBSTANCE: method involves processing face zone of producing and/or injection wells; injection into bed of water-repelling material, such as water-repelling chemically modified silica, liquid hydrocarbon and aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid; displacing oil from trap followed by conveying of oil from face zone; providing injection of said reactants in single stage, said reactants being supplied in the form of invert acid micro emulsion containing silica with discrete particle size of 0.005-0.1 micron and concentration of 0.5-1.5 wt% and additionally containing micro emulsion stability adjusting agent-surfactant. Micro emulsion disperse : dispersion phase ratio is from 1/1 to 3/1, viscosity of micro emulsion is within the range of from 300 to 2,500 mPa·s, amount of said emulsion is within the range of from 0.5 m3 to 11 m3 per 1 m of effective power of bed opened by perforation opening process. Method further involves processing of traps having different intercalation penetrability values through providing preliminarily temporary isolation of high-penetrability watered ground by injection into bed face zone of said emulsion with viscosity of 2,500-3,500 mPa·s.

EFFECT: provision for working out of single-stage method for influencing upon bed by injecting water-repelling acid compound allowing hydrochloric acid and rock reaction rate to be adjusted and oil extracting equipment to be protected from corrosive media.
