FIELD: device for controlling and monitoring temperature, possibly in rooms with central water heating system.
SUBSTANCE: temperature control device includes high-sensitive liquid thermomechanical transducer having cylindrical housing filled with heat sensitive liquid into which rod is immersed. Diameter of rod is less than inner diameter of cylinder in order to provide desired responsibility of liquid thermomechanical transducer. Second end of rod through sealing gland passes with possibility of lengthwise motion through end wall of cylinder and it is mechanically joined with regulating valve. In order to prevent suction of outer air through gland at lowering temperature of heat sensitive liquid, end of rod immersed into liquid is provided with head upon which return spring rests. Said spring provides excess pressure of liquid in cylinder and overcomes friction force in gland at back stroke of rod.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of device at keeping large stroke of controlled member and changing relay law of controlling temperature by proportional control, simplified design, easy tuning of device.
