FIELD: building, particularly for erecting all types of buildings or structures along with keeping necessary measuring requirements.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming blocks of heat-insulating or structural heat-insulation concrete, particularly cellular concrete or polystyrene concrete; making longitudinal groove into blocks for reinforcement placing; creating depressions in extreme blocks within the limits of longitudinal groove for anchors placing; forming structural unit of blocks by arranging blocks on base, for instance on tray, such that block ends to be glued face upwards; applying adhesive, preferably cement-based or polymer-cement adhesive to upper block ends; turning over blocks and applying pressure to block surfaces, for instance by wedges, clamps or screws; placing reinforcement rods or wires into longitudinal groove such that ends of reinforcement rod or wires extend at the angle of 60o - 180o and pass into depressions; pouring concrete mixture, preferably fine concrete, into longitudinal grooves and depressions; thermal treating the assembled unit, for instance by tubular electric heaters or heated air under temperature of 90oC and humidity up to 100% preferably during 5-14 hours. Depth of each depression is at least 1.5 - 3 of longitudinal slot depth.
EFFECT: improved unit manufacturability, reduced material consumption, provision of meeting current requirements to building heat engineering, increased operational reliability, reduced labor consumption during performing erection works.
