FIELD: textile engineering.
SUBSTANCE: color changing mechanism has unit comprising weft returning devices and adapted for displacement along path made in the form of arc of circle. Said unit is kinematically connected with composite shaft of weaving machine and is equipped with fork-shaped part of retainer. Color changing mechanism is further provided with lever mounted for reciprocation and fitted with roller adapted for engagement with retainer fork-shaped part through cam drive having connecting rod and rocker arm. Cam drive is further equipped with lever controlling device having catch mounted at end of profiled part of connecting rod for cooperation with rocker arm and connected through link to stem located in guide for fixing in extreme right-hand position and for cooperation with electromagnet core in accordance with program.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of woven products.
