FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gyrator hydraulic motors and pumps including multiple-stage gyrator mechanisms, particularly, mechanisms and devices for drilling slanted directional wells. Proposed motor has hollow housing and multistart multistage gyrator mechanism placed inside housing each stage of which includes coaxially arranged stator with internal chemical teeth made of flexible elastic material, and rotor with external helical teeth installed inside stator. Number of rotor teeth is less by one than number of stator teeth. Helix heads of stator and rotor are proportional to number of their teeth, and axis of rotor is displaced relative to axis of stator through eccentricity equal to half of radial depth of teeth. At least two of stator are in meshing with one rotor or with number of rotor stages corresponding to said stages of stator. Rotor stages are installed on common torsion shaft. Profiles of teeth of rotor or stages of rotor in section along helices in place of butt joining of helical teeth of stator are described by arcs of circumferences and form damper spaces in rotor or between adjacent stages of rotor. Distance between end faces of teeth in damper spaces does not exceed radial depth of teeth.
EFFECT: increased power characteristics, service life and reliability of gyrator mechanism.
